25 years of hands-on site experience

Experience built on doing the work, not just selling it.

Sequenced Contracting is a newer trading identity backed by 25 years of hands-on construction experience. That distinction matters: we do not present the business itself as 25 years old, but the practical site knowledge behind it has been built over a working lifetime in construction.

Drylining and interior systems experience

The foundation of the experience is hands-on drylining and site delivery: understanding metal stud partitions, plasterboard fixing, insulation, fire-rated boarding, ceilings, sequencing, access, materials and the difference between a drawing that looks simple and a work area that is genuinely ready.

Understanding programme pressure

On contractor-led sites, labour numbers alone do not solve programme problems. Productivity depends on ready areas, material distribution, preceding trades, access, inspections and clear handovers. Twenty-five years on site means those dependencies are considered before promising a gang size or mobilisation date.

Commercial information has to match site reality

A useful price needs more than a headline m² rate. Drawings, wall heights, board layers, specifications, access, programme, material responsibilities, waste, plant and inspection requirements can all change what a package actually involves. Our tender pages are built around obtaining that information early.

From one trade to coordinated packages

Sequenced Contracting is positioned to consider drylining, plastering, tape & jointing, SFS, brickwork, carpentry and construction labour. The purpose of the multi-trade model is not to pretend one person carries every trade; it is to coordinate defined packages and suitable labour around the construction sequence.

Proof will be added as Sequenced projects are completed

We will publish genuine Sequenced Contracting project evidence as work is secured and completed, including scope, location, programme, package type and site photography where permission allows. We will not present projects completed for previous employers or other contractors as if they were Sequenced Contracting contracts.

South Wales focus

The business targets contractor-led work across Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly, the Vale of Glamorgan, the South Wales Valleys and the wider M4 corridor.
